This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Kurt Cobain who was born in Washington on February 20, 1967 and passed away on April 05, 1994 at the age of 27.
Many things have been said since he died. Many things have been done. His private diaries were sold. The murder investigations and theories go on.
I don´t know what happened. Kurt was very unhappy, he was doing drugs, he was trapped in a marriage that made him feel miserable, he didn´t want to be the star he was anymore.
The only thing I know for sure is that Kurt is dead.
And I miss him terribly... so PLEASE respect his memory. This is not a place to discuss about how he died but a place to remember him, to pray for him, to wish him the very best wherever he is now.
KURT, I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU.

My son Nicholas loved your music and through him I got to know your music as well. I still listen to your music, and it is some of the best ever sang.
Sorry you didn't see another way out, just like my Nick, the room in your mind got too dark and you couldn't see the light.
You were an amazing artist and will be missed by many. I will certainly miss not knowing what great tunes you would have put out all these years.

I would like to say Kurt was an amazing guy, he was so very talented, I loved his music, Nirvana were brilliant. I was very sad when he died and will think of him always, he was a great person. God bless you for remembering him, love Tracy.
